Kaiso (開創)

Kaiso means to found a temple.

The founder of a temple is called Kaiki, and the priest who builds a temple of his sect is called Kaizan.

Synonyms
Kanjo: to request the gods and Buddha to come, or to appeal to the main shrine to impart the enshrined deity to make a branch shrine. Or, to entrust Kaiki and Kaizan to a person and a priest to found a temple.
