Matsudaira Nobunao (松平信直)

Nobunao MATSUDAIRA was the second lord of the Kameyama Domain, Tanba Province. The seventh family head of the Katahara-Matsudaira family in the Kameyama Domain, Tanba Province.

In 1732, Nobunao was born as the first son of Tsunetomo MATSUDAIRA, the younger brother of Nobumine MATSUDAIRA who was the first lord of the Kameyama Domain, Tanba Province (at that time, the lord of the Sasayama Domain, Tanba Province) (Nobunao's date of birth is also said to be March 12, 1735).

In 1749, he was adopted by Nobumine MATSUDAIRA, his uncle and the first lord of the Kameyama Domain, and then succeeded to the position of family head at the time of Nobumine's death in 1763 to become the second lord. In February 1764, conferred to Jugoinoge (Junior Fifth Rank, Lower Grade), the Governor of Kii Province.

On July 18, 1781, he transferred the head of the family to his first son Nobumichi to retire, and was appointed Kazue no kami (the head of budget bureau). Later, he called himself Soho. Died on October 31, 1786. Died at the age of 55.
